Our Career Academy program is a free training program addressing potential candidates who don’t yet have the total package of skills needed to perform a job at Genpact. It also addresses university students who are willing to work full-time as well as fresh graduates with no previous work experience.
As you may already know, at Genpact we hire foreign language speakers with knowledge and interest in Finance & Accounting, IT Helpdesk, Procurement or Customer Service. Should you only master the language skills or only the technical skills, this program will give you the missing link.
Statistically, Genpact hires 80% of the trainees who graduate from Career Academy. For the rest, this one-month (up to 6 weeks) free training is a truly useful experience which enables them to not only up-skill themselves, but also to learn what it means to work in a large multinational with a multicultural environment.
